Ryan and Erin

Ryan was at home thinking about his upcoming date with Erin. It was Wednesday and the day he was going to be meeting her at the Grill. He never usually felt nervous but he didn't really know Erin so he knew he would feeling a little shy and awkward.

He looked at inside his wardrobe to pick out what he was going to wear before showering. He chose a black shirt with white buttons, coupled with dark navy jeans.

After having a shower and getting dressed, he got out his phone and sent a text to Erin. It read:

"Hey Erin, just finished getting ready, going to set off in about 15 minutes. Do you want me to pick you up from home or shall we meet there? "

Erin jumped from the sudden text message. In a flash, she whipped out her phone and read the text. After reading the text message, Erin found herself blushing and smiling at the words she read. Her her fluttered like a butterfly as she read the name of the person who sent it. Ryan. Just his name gave her shivers up and down her spine. She then replied back:

"Hey Ryan Could you please come over here and give me a ride to the Grill? My address is 666 Maple Road. It is a plain white house."

She hit send and let out a soft breath.

Ryan turned his head when his phone beeped. He picked it up and opened his message from Erin, reading it with a smile. He thought about the address for a moment and then realised where it was. He pressed reply and sent:

"Sure, I'm leaving now so I'll be there in about 5 minutes, I'll text you when I'm outside. "

He left the house and shuddered as the cold air hit his chest. It was a very chilly evening, but the sky was clear. There were already a number of stars blinking down upon him. He went over to his car and climbed into it. He drove a black citroen c4.


The drive to Erin's was short, Ryan was a good driver but he was often slightly recklass, he was speeding around corners enjoying the ride. He crawled up Maple road looking for door number 666, after finding it he parked up on the curb and sent her another text.

"Outside! "

Erin smiled and ran out of her house quickly. She looked at the car and smiled even wider once she saw Ryan in the car. She was then mentally cursing to herself as she realized she did not bring a jacket with her. She just ignored the wind and began to walk towards his car. Once Erin arrived to his car, she got in the passenger side and looked up at the handsome man. "Hello there Ryan." Her smile stayed on her lips as she looked into his eyes. Her eyes got lost into his as she found herself blushing from how gorgeous his eyes were.

Ryan leant over and gave her hug. "Good to see you" he said as he smelt her skin, he thought she smelt amazing. As he was bringing himself back to his own seat he noticed she hadn't clipped her seatbelt, he grabbed it and pulled it over her. "Seatbelt" he said with a wink.

He started up his car and drove to the grill.

Erin let a blush cross her cheeks as she grabbed onto one of his hands. She was smiling kindly and sweetly as her eyes looked down at the ground of the car. Her hand held his gently and easily. Her heart raced as she could smell the cologne he was wearing. It caused a shiver to go up and down her spine. Her heart raced more.

Ryan felt a jolt of sparks as Erin took his hand in hers. He looked into her eyes and smiled. She had the most beautiful eyes. "We're here" he said as he looked up at the grill. "Shall we go inside?" he said rhetorically as he started to walk in with her hand in his.

Erin blushes and nodded as she still held onto his hand. They felt perfect in one and other as she leaned onto his arm slightly. She was smiling widely as they walked close to one and other. Ryan seemed to be the perfect guy, at least to her at least. That made her wonder why a gorgeous and handsome guy like him would hang out with a girl like her. She was not the most beautiful girl and not a lot of guys desired her, so why was he willing to hang with her? She blushed as she once again looked up at him with her blue eyes.
