Time for a Witchy Party

Damion smiled, he was hoping that she would say that; that she would rather be with him instead of her friends who probably already have dates to the founders ball. Now the only thing he was worried about was his dancing. It wasn't that he was 'bad' necessarily, just that he may not have looked as good as a few of the others that were there.

His hand was held out to Bonnie while he waited for her to grasp it. "When you're ready" He noted, then took a quick look out amongst the others that were already dancing around.

Bonnie smiled warmly up at Damion and took his hand. They walked out on to the dance floor a little ways and she put her other hand on his shoulder lightly. I slowly let him spin me around a bit as we started dancing.

There wasn't a lot of people that showed up to this founders ball. Well, there was the usual founding families and such gathered around in their own respective groups. However Damion was fine where he was currently, which was next to Bonnie as she took his hand and walked her out to the dance floor. There was a smile on his face since she grabbed his hand, and in that one moment, he was glad that James got turned into a Vampire.

Light pressure was applied to his shoulder while his free hand was placed on the small of Bonnie's back and pressed harder then what her hand was currently doing. Damion gave her a little spin, and was a little glad that he had taken that one dancing lesson before the ball. "This is nice" He said after he pulled her back in toward his body.

Bonnie smiled and let herself be swept away in the moment. For once she wasn't thinking about how James got turned or thinking about how crazy her life was. "Yeah this is really nice." She told him and then leaned her head down on his shoulder and let him keep twirling her around.

He - Damion, didn't really like James, yet he hadn't even met him, just heard stories from others about what he had done to Bonnie, hurt her; Damion just couldn't imagine ever doing that to her, hurting her. He looked down to her while he pulled her in rather close and felt her head lean down on his shoulder. She seemed so tender - emotionally; like she was still hurt by the breakup between her and James, but it was just Damion's guess, he didn't know if it held any truth to it.

But he kept dancing with the beautiful witch, and was a little shocked as to not stepping on her toes throughout. "you're a good dancer" He whispered in her ear, the one that was left free while her head remained against his shoulder.

Bonnie smoled into his shoulder and looked up slightly. "Well you're not to bad yourself." she told him and laughed slightly. "So where did you acquire your amazing dancing talent?" she asked him playfully.

Damion smiled slightly at her the compliment that was handed back to him; it always felt nice, to be noticed like that, instead of being a ghost in a crowd like he had been usually. "My dancing talent?" He questioned Bonnie while moving his feet to the music. "All natural, baby" Damion noted with a flirtatiousness to his voice. "Why, do you not think that I can be a good dancer?"

Bonnie smiled and didn't miss that his voice had gone somewhat flirtatious. She looked at him and said in a somwhat joking tone "Well you don't seem like the dancing type babe"

Well that could have been true; Damion wasn't necessarily the dancing type, yet whenever he would jump out onto the floor (which was rare) he pretty much was a shakespeare at it, except instead of writing, it was dancing. Fluid motions, never dropping contact with the partner unless there was a spin or something, and always kept some romantic notion to the dance moves that he was using.

"Believe me Bonnie, I can do some stuff that you wouldn't even imagine me be capable of" Damion admitted to her, again - in a whispering tone. "But you - you don't look like you do this often either"

Squeezing his shoulder a bit she brought her voice down to a low whisper and leaned close to his ear. She had decided to be bit more bold. "You wuld be surprised what I like to do." she said and then straightened back up and lookedinto his eyes, waiting to see how she was recived.

A smirk came to Damion's mouth at what Bonnie had said, he always believed she was an innocent-type of girl, you know - the ones that don't break curfew, get good grades, doesn't party a whole lot - doesn't throw around a certain activity in every single relationship that she had had. But for all he could know, she was talking about witchcraft, or parties, not necessarily what she liked to do during the prior mentioned activity.

He exhaled slightly in response, and quite frankly was a little surprised. "I probably will be" Damion replied, switching the word would for will, seeing as, even though he wouldn't want to come off as a douche, but just since he had met Bonnie, and since then - he had been developing feelings for her.

Bonnie smiled and heard the song coming to an end. She looked around at some people who were leaving the dance floor and then returned her gaze back to Damion. He looked surpried at what she said but he didn't seem to mind. "So what do you want to do next?" she asked him in a playful tone.
