Introductions

Lucas Lockwood was currently walking around what seemed to be called "Founder's Park," looking for anyone to talk to, or perhaps feed on. Luke had been in Mystic Falls for two weeks, but had yet to make any new friends, let alone a hybrid like himself. Lucas takes a seat on a park bench and closes his eyes.

Alexa was walking around Founder's Park today because she didn't have any classes. It was really quiet for some reason. This place was always so busy. She didn't mind though, she enjoyed the quiet. Suddenly as she felt a cramp in her leg. Was this really happening now? 365 days in the year and her leg chooses this exact moment to cramp out? This was a big let down on biology's part. She limped over to a bench, that was already half occupied. Usually she'd politely ask, but today was different. This shit was PAINFUL. She plopped down on the bench and started like rubbing her leg and stuff.

Lucas opens his eyes as the bench's weight shifts and uses his peripherals to sneak a glance at his new bench-mate. Wow, she's pretty. Are you alright? You seem like you're in a lot of pain? I'm Lucas, by the way, Lucas Reid. I'm new here.

Naya happens to be at founders park just relaxing...she sniffs the air "hmm is that a lockwood i smell, no" she says getting up off the ground...."Tyler...TYLER" she says as using her werewolf speed to look around.

Alexa looked over as the guy had opened his eyes. She thought he was asleep or something. Maybe she sat down too hard? Oh, yeah. Well, I was. I'm...getting better now. She didn't want to say there was no more pain and basically just lie to him. Nice to meet you, I'm Alexa. Not too new around here. She greeted back, with a smile. Um, did I like wake you up or something? If so I'm really sorry, the pain was just...sorry. Then...she heard some chick yelling Tyler. Could she mean Tyler Lockwood?

Lucas smiles. This girl's sweet. As if he'd sleep in the park. Lucas laughs. No, I was just, relaxing I guess you'd say. It's been a long day. Do you know who that girl is? She looks crazy. Geeze, two weeks and I've met a hot girl and a lunatic. Great.

Alexa could definitely understand what a long day would mean. Sometimes cheer practice was until night! Lucas motioned over to the psycho girl looking for Tyler, possibly Lockwood, and shrugged. Nope. She seems a tad out of it, though. She said, turning back to him and shrugging. The girl then spoke to Lucas. Scent? Okay, this girl really is out of it. Yeah, I'm all good. She said, smiling as she shook her leg out, that had just fallen asleep.

Great, every guy always loved to hear that they smelled like another guy. Right, well I'm not Tyler. I'm Lucas. I'm new here. And this is Alexa ] All Lucas really wanted right now was for this girl to leave to that he could talk to Alexa. Wait! Isn't Tyler Lockwood that hybrid leading the whole rebellion against Klaus? Lucas had heard about it through the grape-vine of gossips.

Before she could introduce herself, Lucas took care of that plus himself, so it was all good. What he said. She agreed, keeping that smile on. Wow, she smiled way too much.

Lucas laughed, did she always smile that way? If so, he could get used to having her around. All he wanted was for this "scent" confused girl to leave so that he could ask Alexa out, hopefully she'd be willing. Listen, miss, I don't mean to be rude. But I really just want to get to talking to this beautiful girl here.]Lucas looked over at Alexa, offered a small smile and winked.

Alexa gave the dorkiest grin to Lucas as he called her beautiful and winked. It's okay, actually. I was on my way home, actually. She said, getting up. But my last name's Manning so you guys can Facebook me or something. She said laughing as she waved and ran off.
